Being a parent in today’s rapidly changing world can be both rewarding and challenging. Our children and teenagers are immersed in a fast-paced, ever-evolving cultural landscape, and they need guidance from healthy, Biblically grounded adults.
In this workshop, we aim to provide a safe space for parents and leaders of parents to explore and understand the complexities of gender fluidity and non-traditional sexual attraction while staying true to historic Christian orthodoxy. We will explore biblical perspectives on gender, sexuality, and relationships, while discussing some helpful and not-so-helpful perceptions of social science.
Our intention is to learn together how to guide our children and teenagers with grace and love, steadily building an environment of trust and understanding. We believe both parents, and leaders of parents, can extend love, compassion, and understanding to our children and teenagers, even in the most sensitive of conversations.
