How we read the Bible determines how we live the Bible’s mission. A more thoughtful and self-conscious approach to Bible reading includes watching “how the Bible works” so this session will look at the divorce regulations of the Bible to illustrate how the Bible actually works. What we learn is that the Bible is not a set of rules but a vision of how kingdom people live in the world in the here and now.
