Teaching people to be generous is difficult. Equipping them to teach generosity and stewardship to their children is another level of complexity. Join us as we learn (again!) from Dave Briggs how to teach others to teach their children to handle their money in smart, God-honoring ways.
Dave Briggs has been at Central Christian Church of Arizona for seven years leading the Stewardship Ministry on their five campuses.
Prior to joining the staff at Central, Dave held a similar position at Willow Creek Community Church. In 2002, Dave left a 27-year career as a finance manager with General Electric to follow his passion for teaching biblical principles of handling money. He has a love for teaching and a desire to help train church leaders to establish thriving and sustainable stewardship ministries.
Dave and his wife, Debbie, have two grown sons, both of whom are in full-time ministry.
Bob is the Director of Equipping and Spiritual Formation for the Ecclesia Network.
He’s the co-author of Eldership and the Mission of God: Equipping Teams for Faithful Church Leadership as well as Ministry Mantras: Language for Cultivating Kingdom Culture.
He planted the Evergreen Community in Portland, OR in 2004 and holds a DMin from George Fox/Portland Seminary.
Bob currently lives in Boise, ID with his wife, Amy, his kids, Jack, Jane, and Josie and his dog, Bentley.
